Today, APNRTS, APSSDC and TAKT International Group (UK & Romania) entered into a Tripartite MOU on a non-commercial basis virtually for establishing a comprehensive framework for execution of Skill Training and Overseas Employment for the youth of Andhra Pradesh State in Germany and Central & Eastern European countries, in designated job roles in various sectors such as Healthcare, Hospitality, Welding, Manufacturing, Information Technology, Automotive, Construction, Civil Works, etc.
Few hundreds of skilled workers will be identified, counselled, upskilled by APSSDC and APNRTS and will be supplied as manpower to TAKT, who will in turn provide abroad placements. First project of this MOU is placement of qualified Nurses to Germany, who will go as a student to be trained in German language (which is mandatory) for 03 months initially and they will be employed in Germany on a work visa after the assessment from the fourth month. Air Ticket, Food & Accommodation will be provided by the employer during the training period. APNRTS President Sri Venkat S. Medapati explained about the abundant availability of skilled workforce in AP through the Skill Hubs established in every legislative constituency. He further stated that together we will closely work towards providing as many international placements. APSSDC MD & CEO Sri Satyanarayana, IAS said that Govt. of AP, under the leadership of Hon’ble CM Sri Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy garu is more focussed on skill development of the youth of AP on par with international requirements. APSSDC ED Sri MKV Srinivas, APSSDC Financial Officer Smt. Kranthi Kumari and other staff members participated in this MOU signing program.
