Duties & Benefits of a Coordinator:

NOTE

Members will initially be appointed as Provisional Coordinators until they fulfill at least two of the three set Qualifying Criteria to become an official APNRTS Coordinator. As official coordinators, in addition, they will also be instrumental in collaborating Telugu Diaspora with AP Govt. Provisional Coordinators should also submit their individual profile, listing their qualifications and any local activities they initiated or are involved in.

1. You have to be a member of APNRT Society first to become a coordinator.

2. Qualifying provisional coordinators will be appointed as official Coordinators and will be the official representatives of APNRTS.

3. Qualifying members will receive an official letter of recognition from the APNRTS Society.

4. A coordinator's tenure is for a period of 1 year from the date of appointment and eligible for reappointment at the end of the tenure.

5. A coordinator will be the first line of contact for all issues concerning the local NRTs.

6. Coordinators would be eligible to attend special APNRTS seminars and events when organized.

7. Would be the official representative of APNRTS to host or interact with visiting members of the AP Govt. or NRT representatives.

8. Coordinators should work with their communities to promote cultural and social activities.

9. Coordinators would be required to liaison and cooperate with local groups & Associations of all regions serving the Telugu Community.

10. APNRTS reserves the right to terminate a coordinator, before the expiry of his or her term at any given time.

11. APNRTS is currently in the process of identifying and initiating more coordinator benefits. In this endeavor, members’ suggestions and comments are welcome.
