Vision & Long Term Goals

Education is the backbone for any state to flourish and the future of Andhra Pradesh depends upon the quality of education imparted to our children and the condition of the infrastructure in the schools. One of the key initiatives under the Andhra Pradesh 2029 Vision is to ensure education & basic needs for all with the goal to be the most educationally forward state.

In the current scenario, the budget for Government School Education in the state leaves very little room for development of infrastructure and educational needs, hence requiring additional resources to support the schools and the infrastructure. And this is where the support of the NRT’s is required.

Keeping the education as a focal point and to align with our state’s initiatives, the “Adopt a School Program” was launched in May of 2017. In the last 6 months, more than eight schools have been adopted by APNRTS “Women’s Wing”. The team is striving to facilitate infrastructure, education, health and hygiene.

The objective of the Adopt a school program is to increase the student Enrolment & retention rate, incorporate good teaching & learning techniques, develop infrastructure, address issues pertaining to girls, educate girls about basic safety & hygiene. The overall objective is to help develop the all round personality of the girls and the children by impacting the basic education.
