President Sri Venkat S. Medapati and CEO Sri K. Dinesh Kumar took part in a virtual conference with Smt. Naga Bharathi, GM, TOMCOM, Govt. of Telangana. Upon request of TOMCOM, APNRTS organized a virtual meeting to explain about the functionality of APNRTS 24/7 Helpline and Pravasandhra Bharosa Bima.
President and CEO explained about the operating mechanism of Helpline in resolving the grievances and requests of NRTs and migrant workers. Along with Helpline functionality, flagship program of APNRTS – Pravasandhra Bharosa Bima was also discussed. A brief walk through was given about the launching and successful Implementation of Pravasandhra Bharosa Bima APNRTS. TOMCOM appreciated the functionality of APNRTS Helpline, Pravasandhra Bharosa Bima along with other services being implemented for NRTs.
