Kansas City Heart Rhythm Institute and American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI) co-sponsored The Global Healthcare Equality Symposium at the Johnson County Arts and Heritage Center. This symposium highlighted the major inequalities in health care access and delivery across the globe. While developed world is dealing with chronic diseases, India is still dealing with diseases related to infections and malnutrition. There is a wide disparity in access to basic sanitation and primary health care services across the country. Jagan Mohan Reddy gari call in development of Healthcare activities in accordance with 'Connect to Andhra' initiative in the coming years and work towards the all-round development of our state of Andhra Pradesh
