Job Description

·         Oversee all company accounts and investments

·         Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts

·         Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports

·         Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants

·         Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback

·         Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing

·         Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported

·         Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation

·         Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

·         Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports

·         Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities

·         Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies

·         Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations

·         Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information

·         Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.

Required Skills and Experience:

·         Minimum 10 years of proven experience and 5 years in handling in accounts/finance

·         Proficient in MS office, Tally and other

·         Good communication and report writing skills

·         Knowledge on the law and accounting system of India and Adhere to company policies

·         Knowledge principles of security related to financial activities

·         A high level of accuracy and the ability to keep detailed file notes.

·         Must be capable of interpreting information, with a competent level of problem solving ability

Education Qualification:

·         B.Com/M.com – Commerce or MBA Finance/Accounts from a reputed institution in India with consistent good/outstanding academic records.

Age Limit

Maximum Age limit is 44 years. However certain age relaxation is given for suitable candidates

Job Location

Vijayawada/Guntur/YSR Kadapa,  Andhra Pradesh

Job Type

Contractual for a period of eleven months

Selection Process

1.      A Selection Committee shall be constituted by APNRTS to conduct the selection process. The decision of the Committee shall be final and binding, and cannot be contested further.

2.      The selection of candidate would be done through a two-step process.

3.      First step will involve the screening of applicants based on their submitted Application Form, Curriculum Vitae (CV)

4.      Only those candidates selected in the first round shall be invited for personal interviews.

5.      In the second round, the Committee shall conduct face-to-face interviews of the invited candidates.

6.      APNRTS reserves all the right to reject candidature of any applicant at any stage.
