Job Description

·         Responsible for executing village development program through APNRT society.  Now this  program is referred as Connect to Andhra

·         Mobilization of resources from NRTs, and Indian corporates through CSR for village development initiatives

·         Liasoning with line departments for convergence of various schemes for village development

·         Responsible to develop monitoring mechanism for reporting to senior management

Required Skills and Experience

·         Minimum of 10 years Proven experience and 5 years of relevant experience

·         Strong knowledge of Village development councils under panchayat raj systems

·         Strong knowledge on state and central govt. schemes of village development

·         Strong field experience in working with communities at village level and local infrastructure development

·         Relevant experience in CSR division, fund raising

·         Excellent communication, presentation skills

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills in Telugu, English

·         Strong knowledge in MS Office, other basic tools

Education Qualification

·         Any Degree/Post Graduation from a reputed institution in India with consistent good/outstanding academic records.

Age Limit

Maximum Age limit is 44 years. However certain age relaxation is given for suitable candidates

Job Location

Vijayawada/Guntur/YSR Kadapa,  Andhra Pradesh

Job Type

Contractual for a period of eleven months

Selection Process

1.      A Selection Committee shall be constituted by APNRTS to conduct the selection process. The decision of the Committee shall be final and binding, and cannot be contested further.

2.      The selection of candidate would be done through a two-step process.

3.      First step will involve the screening of applicants based on their submitted Application Form, Curriculum Vitae (CV)

4.      Only those candidates selected in the first round shall be invited for personal interviews.

5.      In the second round, the Committee shall conduct face-to-face interviews of the invited candidates.

6.      APNRTS reserves all the right to reject candidature of any applicant at any stage.
