Job Description

·         Liaise with senior management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals

·         Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the center

·         Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business and evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements

·         Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation

·         Ensure that the operation of the center meets the expectations of its management and other stakeholders

·         Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction

·         Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation

·         Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors

·         Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

·         Determine staffing requirements for center management and program delivery

·         Recruit, interview and select staff with respect to the center that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the organization's mission

·         Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback

·         Implement a performance management process for all staff which includes monitoring the performance of staff on an on-going basis and conducting an annual performance review

·         Work with staff and the management (Finance Committee) to prepare a comprehensive budget required for the center

·         Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability

·         Approve expenditures within the authority delegated by the management

·         Ensure that sound bookkeeping and accounting procedures are followed and provide the management with comprehensive, regular reports on the revenues and expenditure of the organization

·         Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with all appropriate legislation and regulations

·         Identify, assess, and inform the senior management of internal and external issues that affect the organization

·         Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

·         Ensure that the programs and services offered by the center contribute to the organization's mission and reflect the priorities of the management

Required Skills and Experience:

·         Minimum of 10 years of overall experience and 5 years of relevant experience

·         Good understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing and etc.

·         Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

·         Excellent organizational and leadership skills

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education Qualification

·         Any Graduation/Post Graduation degree from a reputed institution with consistent good/outstanding academic records

·         Candidates with Post Graduation in MBA Project Management will be preferred

·         Educational qualification may be flexible in respect of those who posses better experience and expertise

Age Limit

Maximum Age limit is 44 years. However certain age relaxation is given for suitable candidates

Job Location

Vijayawada/Guntur/YSR Kadapa,  Andhra Pradesh

Job Type

Contractual for a period of eleven months

Selection Process

1.      A Selection Committee shall be constituted by APNRTS to conduct the selection process. The decision of the Committee shall be final and binding, and cannot be contested further.

2.      The selection of candidate would be done through a two-step process.

3.      First step will involve the screening of applicants based on their submitted Application Form, Curriculum Vitae (CV)

4.      Only those candidates selected in the first round shall be invited for personal interviews.

5.      In the second round, the Committee shall conduct face-to-face interviews of the invited candidates.

6.      APNRTS reserves all the right to reject candidature of any applicant at any stage.
