Customer Service Agents

Job Description:

·         Service Executives, as part of the functional activities of the Skill Development Centres

·         To play a dynamic role in identifying the issues and their root cause and addressing to the senior team members

·         Should be able to supervise the maintenance and other office related activities

·         The Customer Service Agent needs to deliver good quality of service and thus needs to have a thorough understanding of processes and procedures at the Skill Development Centres

Required Skills and Experience:

·         Minimum of 2 years experience in a service industry

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Telugu

·         Sound understanding of operational issues

·         Strong motivational skills and interpersonal skills

·         Proactive personality and effective team player

Education Qualification

·         Graduate Degree from a recognized university

Age Limit

Maximum Age limit is 44 years. However certain age relaxation is given for suitable candidates

Job Location

Vijayawada/Guntur/YSR Kadapa,  Andhra Pradesh

Job Type

Contractual for a period of eleven months

Selection Process

1.      A Selection Committee shall be constituted by APNRTS to conduct the selection process. The decision of the Committee shall be final and binding, and cannot be contested further.

2.      The selection of candidate would be done through a two-step process.

3.      First step will involve the screening of applicants based on their submitted Application Form, Curriculum Vitae (CV)

4.      Only those candidates selected in the first round shall be invited for personal interviews.

5.      In the second round, the Committee shall conduct face-to-face interviews of the invited candidates.

6.      APNRTS reserves all the right to reject candidature of any applicant at any stage.
