Job Description

·         Assists manager/management with hiring processes and new team member training

·         Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks

·         Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance

·         Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members

·         Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals

·         Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations

·         Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

·         Encourage creativity and risk-taking, suggest and organize team building activities

·         Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines

·         Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards

·         Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

·         Manages inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use and sales, and advising management on ordering where necessary

Required Skills and Experience:

·         Minimum of 4 years of overall experience and 3 years as team leader or relevant experience

·         Excellent communication, presentation skills

·         Excellent organizational and leadership skills

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

·         Excellent knowledge on MS office and proficient in preparing reports, presentations, etc.

·         In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

Education Qualification

·         Any Graduation/Post Graduation degree from a reputed institution with consistent good/outstanding academic records

Age Limit

Maximum Age limit is 44 years. However certain age relaxation is given for suitable candidates

Job Location

Vijayawada/Guntur/YSR Kadapa,  Andhra Pradesh

Job Type

Contractual for a period of eleven months

Selection Process

1.      A Selection Committee shall be constituted by APNRTS to conduct the selection process. The decision of the Committee shall be final and binding, and cannot be contested further.

2.      The selection of candidate would be done through a two-step process.

3.      First step will involve the screening of applicants based on their submitted Application Form, Curriculum Vitae (CV)

4.      Only those candidates selected in the first round shall be invited for personal interviews.

5.      In the second round, the Committee shall conduct face-to-face interviews of the invited candidates.

6.      APNRTS reserves all the right to reject candidature of any applicant at any stage.
