Applications are invited from interested and qualified candidates for the position of Manager(Operations) on contractual basis.



Manager (Operations)

Job Description:

·         Creating keys metrics and reports and identifying gaps

·         Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements

·         Coordinating with line departments and higher authorities for effective implementation of project

·         Effective team player having ability to lead and mentor the team

·         Maintaining complete and thorough understanding of system

·         Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis

·         Creating and ensuring new processes are followed

·         Provides feedback and maintains processes

·         Strong critical thinking ability in technical and non-technical issues

·         Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment

·         Drawing Operational plans keeping long-term objective in vision

·         Define, Track and Improve key metrics pertaining to operations planning

Required Skills and Experience:

·         Minimum of 5 years overall experience and 4 years of relevant experience

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

·         Excellent organizational and leadership skills

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

·         Excellent knowledge on MS office and proficient in preparing reports, presentations, etc.

Education Qualification

·         Any Graduation/Post Graduation degree from a reputed institution with consistent good/outstanding academic records

·         Educational qualification may be flexible in respect of those who posses better experience and expertise.

Age Limit

Maximum Age limit is 44 years. However certain age relaxation is given for suitable candidates

Contractual for a period of eleven months

Selection Process

1.      A Selection Committee shall be constituted by APNRTS to conduct the selection process. The decision of the Committee shall be final and binding, and cannot be contested further.

2.      The selection of candidate would be done through a two-step process.

3.      First step will involve the screening of applicants based on their submitted Application Form, Curriculum Vitae (CV)

4.      Only those candidates selected in the first round shall be invited for personal interviews.

5.      In the second round, the Committee shall conduct face-to-face interviews of the invited candidates.

6.      APNRTS reserves all the right to reject candidature of any applicant at any stage.
