· Responsible for conducting training to the aspirants on various job roles in Construction sector
· Responsible for conducting training on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) trades
· Facilitate transition of students from training to work environment, ensuring competency levels are sufficient
· Monitor student progress throughout duration of training, providing coaching and developmental feedback
· Complete daily tracking and support the center in conducting assessments of the aspirants
· Post placement counselling of aspirants
· Support Master trainers/SME in theoretical and practical sessions
· Participate in clients meetings for material and curriculum updates and ensure appropriate changes are included in future classes
· Research product information for each account assigned by attending team meetings and periodic calibrations sessions, side by side observations, and call monitoring for training department purposes
· Maintain updated course and training evaluations for management review
· Training need analysis and implementation by working closely with the Quality Department
· Networking with guest lecturers/industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector
· Ability to interact with clients and represent training function at an process level
